It conducts various training and development programs for students to prepare them for their final placement such as personality development programs, skill development program, guest lectures, seminars, presentations, interviews, aptitude test, pre-placement talks where information gets shared with students about the company and the job. They work in the interest of the students by maintaining a relationship between campus, students and industries. Last year, majority of students received offer letter from the top companies and some of them showed their interest in entrepreneurship.

Consistently ranked among the nation's top business schools. SIMSREE's placement cell has lived up to the Institute's expectations for the past three decades. The Institute has observed many leading industry companies from various sectors for the recruitment process in the 2017-19 batch. The batch had a mix of backgrounds of students from every field such as engineering, management, and commerce. More than half of the students had zero to over three years of experience ranging from IT to Pharma. 

In this year, 101 companies visited the campus for a placement process in which there were 18 new recruiters. At the time of placement 158 number of students are eligible for the placement.
