Yes, you are eligible to pursue PhD at Symbiosis Institute of Technology Pune if you have completed your PG Diploma in HR. As per the eligibility criteria set by the institute for PhD, candidates must have completed a 1-year/2-semester master's degree program after a 4-year/8-semester bachelor's degree program or a 2-year/4-semester master's degree program after a 3-year bachelor’s degree program. Candidates must have scored at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade on a point scale. That being said, Symbiosis Institute of Technology Pune does not offer PhD in the field of management. Symbiosis Centre for Research and Innovation (SCRI) administers PhD programs under Symbiosis International (Deemed) University.
