TeamLease University Skills has the most suitable placement cell for its students. Under the TLUS Placement cell, students are prepared to face the world of competition and challenges in their respective fields in the ever-evolving business sector. The placement cell also deals with career development plans of the students. The placement cell also conducts several mock interviews which help the students to identify their weak areas. Special grooming sessions are often offered to develop student skills. The institute also provides On-Job Training facilities to its students for the development of the student.

In the 2019-20 placement batch, a total of 21 students got placed in B.Sc in Applied Science (Mechatronics). For the placement of the students, the three companies have visited the campus for the recruitment process. In the 2019-20 batch, the highest salary received by the students is Rs 16500/-.
