Candidates who have scored the second position from Madhya Pradesh have scored a NEET AIR of 45 for a 99.9978274 percentile is Aagam Jain. NEET Uttar Pradesh Toppers List 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the list of state-wise JEE Main 2025 toppers, which also includes the Uttar Pradesh state. The details regarding the total number of candidates who scored full marks i.e., 720 out of 720 marks in NEET UG 2025 exam along with the list of 'top performing students' with 99 and 98 percentiles, can be checked here. The official ranks have been released in a PDF format along with the declaration of result. Among the top performers is Muktesh Tanmay, who secured an AIR of 36, placing him among the elite candidates nationwide.
