The National Testing Agency (NTA) of the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India has released the NEET 2023 examination date on December 15, 2022. Students are required to appear for NEET 2023 on May 7, 2023, to be eligible for TRIHMS MBBS admission 2024.

TRIHMS offers admission to the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme, Diplomate of National Board (DNB) PG programme and a research programme. Aspiring students must qualify for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2024 to be eligible for admission to these programmes. NEET 2023 will be conducted by NTA and the counselling process will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) Directorate of Higher and Technical Education (DHTE), Arunachal Pradesh. Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences offers admission to the MBBS programme. The duration of the TRIHMS MBBS programme is four years and six months. One year of rotatory internship is compulsory for completion of this course. The total number of seats available for TRIHMS MBBS admission is 50. Out of which 15% of the seats are reserved for the All-India Quota (AIQ) and the remaining 85% of seats are allotted to the state quota. Students are required to qualify for the NEET 2023 and go through the state counselling process for Tomo Riba Medical College admission 2024.
