Universal Business School Mumbai campus is spread in an area of 40 acres of land with all the modern facilities. The students of the institute are provided with the best amenities which are available in very few other institutes. The campus of the institute is fully Wi-Fi enabled with full air-conditioned residential accommodation and academic block.

Separate hostel facility is available for boys and girls at the institute. The hostel has a two-floor cafeteria which serves delicious food at a reasonable price. Single, as well as double sharing rooms, are available for students in the hostel and they can choose whether they want an air-conditioned room or a non-air-conditioned one. The hostel fee for single occupancy room is Rs. 2,34,000 per year and that of a double occupancy room is Rs. 1,78,000. A double sharing room which is not air-conditioned will cost Rs. 1,38,000 annually. The institute has a well-stocked library with books from various disciplines.

The classrooms are designed in amphitheatre style with touch screen interactive boards, remote control panel for complete classrooms, finger scanning for attendance, 5-simultaneous screens, revolving comfortable chairs and audio-visual facilities.
