BITS Pilani's cutoff for MTech Microelectronics course admission is usually between 650 to 700 for the General category students. Lasy year, the M.Tech Microelectronics GATE cutoff was 699. So, with 534 you may not get a seat in BITS Pilani. However, there are a lot of other options available for this rank range. You can explore the list of NIT colleges accepting GATE 2025 score 500-600, which includes MNIT Allahabad, NIT Calicut, NIT Surathkal, NIT Rourkela, NIT Trichy, and so on. In fact, you may even get a few IIT colleges accepting GATE scores between 500 and 600 in the General category, such as IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Delhi etc. However, with a 534 GATE score, you may not get your desired MTech specializations in IITs. If you have secured a JEE Main rank between 14,000–15,000, you can get admission into decent NITs/IIITs/GFTIs, but not for Computer Science Engineering (CSE) in top colleges. Check the list of colleges below that you can get for 14000 to 15000 rank in JEE Mains

1. NITs (Non-CSE Branches)

• Mid-tier NITs (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Metallurgy, Production)

  • NIT Jamshedpur (Mechanical, Civil)

  • NIT Durgapur (Electrical, ECE)

  • NIT Silchar (ECE, EE)

  • NIT Patna (Civil, Mechanical)

  • NIT Agartala/Raipur (Lower branches)

• CSE is unlikely (CSE cutoff in NITs usually ends around 8,000–10,000 rank for Gen category).

2. IIITs (Non-Core CS Branches)

• IIIT Bhagalpur (ECE, IT)

• IIIT Surat (Data Science, ECE)

• IIIT Kottayam (ECE, EEE)

• IIIT Pune (Non-CS branches)

3. Good GFTIs (Government Funded Technical Institutes)

• SVNIT Surat (Civil, Mechanical)

• MNIT Allahabad (MNNIT) (Lower branches)

• DTU/NSUT (If Delhi resident via Delhi quota)

Agar aap ka GATE score 530 hain, to NIT Durgapur, IIIT Bihar aur IITDM Kurnool mein Data Science & Artificial Intelligence course ke liye admission mil sakta hain. Agar aap OPEN Category se belong karte hain, toh NIT Durgapur mein aap ko shayad admission na mile, but OBC-NCL/ EWS ategory mein admission mil sakti hain. Aap doosre NIT colleges accepting GATE score 500-600 bhi check kar sakte hain. Unfortunately, GATE score 530 pe aap ko kisi bhi IIT mein admission nahi milegi.
