The Institute of Engineering and Management (IEM) and University of Engineering and Management (UEM) organized a successful HR Seminar and Corporate Award Ceremony on 22nd April 2023 at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi. The event brought together various eminent functionaries from different companies to discuss the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) tools like ChatGPT on human jobs and the future of recruitment.
The seminar commenced with a keynote speech by a renowned AI expert and professor at IIT, Delhi, who spoke about the potential benefits and drawbacks of AI in the recruitment process. This was followed by a panel discussion featuring senior executives from leading companies such as HCL Technologies, Code Fire Technologies, and Legasis Pvt Ltd, who shared their insights on how AI is changing the recruitment landscape.
The discussion focused on how AI tools like ChatGPT are being used to automate certain aspects of recruitment, including resume screening and candidate assessments.
