You can apply for transfer to another college after completing the 1st semester of BCA course at the University of Mysore. As per the admission rules stated on the official website of University of Mysore, transfer to a different institution within the same University is only permitted provided you pass the 1st semester exam.

However, if you wish to change the University and get admission somewhere else, you must contact the college authorities to know about the rules and the admission criteria.
