A unique training and placement cell is part of Vignan's Institute of Management and Technology for Women, and it is run by an officer in charge with support from a management faculty member. The management, departmental leaders, and coordinators all strongly support it. The goal of the placement cell is to develop students' skills in conjunction with graduation and to prepare them for the workforce. The placement unit always works to ensure that each student graduates with at least one job offer in hand. The students are assisted in developing their skills to meet industry requirements through an all-around development and interdisciplinary knowledge, as well as various industry-oriented learning experiences. In order to help students have these experiences during their academic careers, the placement cell conducts workshops; industry visits; guest speakers; career counseling sessions; summer internships, and other activities. As per the Vignan's Institute of Management and Technology For Women placement report 2022, a total of 253 students were placed in job roles like software programmer, associate software engineer, software engineer, software developer, java developer, android,ios, digital marketing, sap & assembling engineer, just to name a few.
