About Anurag University
Anurag University Hyderabad is a private university which is located in Telangana, Hyderabad. The university was established in the year 2020. Anurag University is recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC) and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The university is also accredited by NBA and NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) A Grade. Anurag University comes under UGC Autonomous Institution as per 2(f) & 12(B) of the UGC Act. The university is affiliated to JNTU Hyderabad which granted the university its autonomous state. All the Nursing & Pharmacy programmes at Anurag University are approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
Anurag University courses are offered at UG, PG, and doctoral levels in multiple streams. The courses are available in Engineering, Pharmacy, Business Administration, and Agricultural Science streams. There are various specialisations offered to candidates for each course. Anurag University admission to the courses is done on the basis of rank in the Anurag University Common Entrance Test (AnuragCET), TS EAMCET for BTech/ BPharm/ PharmD, TS PGCET for MTech/ MPharm, TS ICET for MBA, Anurag RCET for PhD or marks obtained in the qualifying exam.
Anurag University placements are managed by its placement cell which is responsible for bringing recruiters and companies to the campus. The cell also provides training to the students through which they can be prepared for upcoming placements. As per Anurag University placement 2023, 2200+ students from BTech were placed with an average package of Rs 6 LPA.
There are various international collaborations of Anurag University including IUCEE (Indo-Universal Collaboration for Engineering Education), and CUNY (City University of New York). Anurag University courses are offered at undergraduate, postgraduate &doctoral levels. There are multiple streams in which these courses are offered including Engineering, Pharmacy, Business Administration, and Agricultural Science. Anurag University admission is done either through an entrance test or merit in the qualifying exam. Admission to BTech and BPharm courses is done on the basis of TS EAMCET for BTech/ BPharm/ PharmD, ANURAGCET for BTech and all courses, TS PGCET for MTech/ MPharm, TS ICET for MBA, Anurag RCET for PhD or marks obtained in the qualifying exam.
