XIME Kochi renders classrooms with seating capacity ranging from 30 to 150 and are equipped with public address system and LCD projectors. Separate hostel facility also provided for the boys and girls with adequate furnishings and 24*7 wi-fi and power backup. 2 executive conference halls cater to the effective conduct of Management Development Programs. There is a well-equipped auditorium with a seating capacity of more than 500 and a Guest House with 15 rooms in the campus. There is a students' lounge with entertainment facility and a canteen. The resource centre at the campus hosts a collection of 3000 books and around 50 journals along with access to E-resources- EBSCO and J-Gate. The Institute has a modern Language Lab for students to enhance their language skills having 25 dedicated PCs. The computer lab has software for creating presentations, data analysis, word processing,  statistical analysis and multimedia activity.
