Register online for applying.
Provide your existing email id and a mobile number.
The username and password will be sent in this email id.
Log in with your password and user name.
A dashboard will be available for filling the form.
Register once to apply for multiple courses.
Every candidate has to apply separately, no two candidates can apply using same email id or phone number because all details would be sent in the email id. One email must be used to register for one candidate. In case you forget the previous password use the Forgot Password option to set the new password and the details will be sent to the email id confirmed. Before submitting the final application, the candidate must check the application at least twice to correct the mistakes the candidate might have made while filling the form.
Documents required for the application processes are:
A coloured photograph with white background.
A signature and a thumbprint in jpg format of 20kb to 100kb
Mobile number and Email address valid
Payment details such as Net Banking/credit card/debit card.

Only Indian Nationals can apply for any courses in the Zakir Husain College of Engineering and Technology (ZHCET). No foreign students would be given admission here. A candidate shall be eligible to apply for admission to a course of study if they have passed in the qualifying examination and also fulfils all other eligibility requirements in terms of subjects studied, the percentage of marks, age, etc. The percentage of marks secured by a candidate at the qualifying examination, falling short by even a decimal fraction shall not be rounded off to the next whole number. No student would be given any special privilege for admission in the college. Similarly, if the age falls short or exceeds even by a single day, the candidate shall not be eligible for admission. Candidates who have not yet passed the examination that is their result is pending, even then they can apply for the courses and till the final admission, they must be able to provide all the required documents. Zakir Husain College of Engineering and Technology (ZHCET) offers B.A, B.Sc, B.Com and B.Th degree with 10+3+2 levels. The candidate would not be transferred from one course to another.
The candidate who is not from a recognised university would not be given admission in this college. Any seat that remains unfilled after the completion of admissions of candidates then the students ranking in the chance memo are asked to turn up for admission. Chance Memo on the specified date and time as per the Chance Memo list, if any, strictly in order of Chance Memo Number. If such a vacancy arises after the closing date of admissions, the vacancy shall not be filled up and the same shall remain unfilled. Candidates not selected for admission and the documents/certificates shall not be returned. Similarly, Test Fees/Processing Charges are non-refundable. A separate notification for counselling will be issued for the course of study concerned, wherever applicable. Candidate shortlisted for counselling shall report for counselling and clearly specify his/her order of preference of Course / Branch / Main Subject / Stream / Specialization/School from among those listed under the course of study concerned. The medium of all tests will be English. Eligibility for admission might also include admission test, group discussion, personal interview. All candidates must meet the eligibility criteria to qualify for the admission. Selected candidates will have to submit all original documents for admission. Any vacancy after 10th August 2019 will be informed.
