If you have completed a 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering with Lateral Entry then you can join ETO courses. However, you must meet the standard eligibility criteria before taking admission. Yes! You can apply for ITI Dress Making Trade. As per the ITI eligibility criteria, there's no age restriction. But according to the official admissions brochure, the entrance requirement for ITI Dress Making is class 10 from a recognised board with a minimum of 40% marks.
