Overall: The Life Sciences Department at Mumbai University offers solid programs with good faculty and research. However, it could improve infrastructure and lab facilities.While the faculty and staff were generally helpful, my experience with the HODs has been frustrating. It's been two years, and our result and Degree's are still stuck, with little to no assistance from them. This lack of support from higher management is a major drawback. The teaching was good, but the administration issues really overshadowed the overall experience.

Placement: Placement opportunities were nearly non-existent. Internships were available but required payment from students, leading many of us to opt for research instead. This lack of support for students seeking affordable career options was a significant issue. Some students find roles in research and industry, but better industry connections could improve job prospects.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is functional but lacks and needs updates, especially in labs and equipment,Equipment was scarce or outdated due to COVID, and we even had to visit other departments for basic needs like distilled water.so infrastructure needs updates to better support advanced research and learning.

Faculty: The faculty seemed knowledgeable and approachable. But few are engaged in research,There were only a few supportive teachers, with one being especially knowledgeable and helpful as a research guide. Most faculty members had limited engagement, which affected the learning experience.

Hostel: The hostels look basic but offer essential amenities. Common areas and rooms seemed decent, though improvements in cleanliness and maintenance could help.

Overall: College is good . It's environment is best . Teaching quality is also good for all the students. In our college majority of the students are enjoying cultural event.

Placement: In our college placement campus companies are coming and they are selecting students. Only those students who have nice knowledge and skills they are selected.

Infrastructure: In our college infrastructure is also good because the have nice facilities of classroom, labs, Seminar hall, Library,hostels, canteen. College have a nice environment for all students

Faculty: Faculty teaching styles is very nice. Faculty always helping to the students for all necessary doubt. Faculty taking seminar for all subjects to understand for all students.

Hostel: In our college , hostel facility is very nice . In the hosted food quality is also good . They have given all necessary things to the hostel. But my opinion hostel is good

Overall: Best university in Mumbai and I have to say the most beautiful university of Mumbai and Mumbai has been one that I visited recently Mumbai best colleges in India

Placement: The only reason I’m going back in time for this week to go back is that we are not getting a new phone for this year so we have a new iPhone for next

Infrastructure: The only way I could do that was if you wanted it for the day or if it wasn’t too late for me and then we would just do the other one for tomorrow and I can

Faculty: The only way I could do that was if you wanted me too I could come and pick it out and then I can go pick up it from your place or you could just pick

Overall: Firstly i was little nervous to come in my college classroom but i will motive myself and enter the class and then day by day i will me comfortable in my college

Placement: Most of the time the college announced placement for the students before their final exam because in this time every student want a great package and colleges are really know about that and the placement packages are really great but who have such skills and knowledge they were take the placement it means who are more deserving

Infrastructure: First i will join the college and attend the lecture the faculties are really good to communicate they all are clear all my doubts and they were studying all the class very well

Faculty: In my college all the faculties are highly educated and experienced and they all are really nice to every student and clear everybody doubts every single time , in that time the college student really ease to communicate with the faculties very nicely

Hostel: There will be no hostels in our college because the college is just a college not a big campus it just a junior college and senior college there are students complete their graduation that's it

Overall: As a student in Mumbai University i found a wide range of courses and great networking opportunities , but faced challenges like adminstrative delay,overcrowded college and some time limited resources. While university have good reputation and the experience can be mixed depending on colleges and course uh choose

Placement: As per my bcom course very low placement rates but in high level college you will get quiet nice placement options and even better in other courses I had only some placement available under my college

Infrastructure: Good infrastructure depends upon colleges and course. But in my case college was really good and valuable even every faculty was available there gym,sports equipments and many more things

Faculty: Best faculty I can say because of many students sometime we are not able to use it as we want but teacher are best with high qualification and always helps in problem solving but again it depends on different colleges under Mumbai University

Hostel: As per my review I had some friends who wear in hostel but i didn't being in any hostel yet but as i know hostels with Mumbai University are better because of its reputation

Overall: The university of Mumbai provides the best education and environment for students. The university also provides the best placement for all students and learning materials for free

Placement: Students do very well performance in placement. The professor and chancellor work hard together to make sure each student should meet the eligibility to the criteria of the company

Infrastructure: The college have the best environment. It is well developed infrastructure. It provides all type of facilities like computer lab and library and canteen.

Faculty: The faculty is excellent for students . They provide full support for students and very friendly . Their background comeb from very high level. They are very humble.

Hostel: The university was made with a hostel for outsider the city . It provides well advanced and space for students. And very less fees and best canteen and washroom.

Overall: My college has huge classrooms with good placement and library facilities also there in college teaching method is also good.there are many event in college like fun fair and passing percentage is 70%

Placement: My college provide good placement with big companies like Starbuck mc Donalds they provide training and seminars on weekly basis .Many students registered for the training also

Infrastructure: The teaching level is not too good concept is not clear easily and exams are very difficult give sources and PDFs don't come in exams so it is difficult to understand

Faculty: Sometimes faculty is unable to solve the doubt and I unable to understand such concept due to the big classrooms with huge students . I suggest that teacher should use mics

Hostel: Hostel is also good and clean but sometimes the washrooms are not maintained.it is messed up and rooms are not good and food is also ok ok and there is disturbance while studying

Overall: Excellent university, what can i say about this university for me this is India's best university in education and teachers experience and clean and neat classrooms.

Infrastructure: I am glad to tell this, it has blue marble floor fully covered with acrylic paint and red flowers in it and clean chair neat washrooms and all is good.

Faculty: Because teacher are very punctual and respectful and the known for their punctuality and education, not a single holiday they do and very friendly nature.

Hostel: Morning glory eat breakfast and do study, and rest 1-2 hours, and then study, do lunch again study,and sleep for some hours and study as possible we can.

Overall: The Institute has a sprawling complex and the constituent faculties are housed in magnificent buildings with all modern amenities and essential fixtures.

Placement: Placements are good in each department. Top rated comapanies came here to hire college's Students. Placemens percentage of the college is also very good, almost 90% students got placed in each and every years.

Faculty: All the teachers in the college come from well-known colleges, have many years of experience, and hold Ph.D. degrees. The teaching quality is excellent, and the teachers are supportive.

Hostel: They have their own hostels with minimum amount of fees. They provide well safety and security to the students. The food is also good. Hostel also carries with mess halls library gym indoor and outdoor playing areas etc.
