At the UG level, the university offers admission in 15 degrees in multiple specialisations including BTech CSE in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, BTech Bioengineering, BBA Digital Marketing, BBA HR Management, BA (Hons) English, BA (Hons) Psychology, BDes Product Design, BDes Visual Communication Design, BSc Computer Science, BSc Computational Mathematics & Statistics etc. MIT WPU entrance exam i.e. MIT WPU CET is conducted for admission in UG courses along with a personal interview. Furthermore, scores of JEE Main, MHT CET, PERA CET, NEET, UCEED, MAH AAC CET, NIFT, NID DAT, NATA, LSAT, CLAT, MH CET Law and MAH B.Ed CET scores are accepted for MIT WPU Pune admission in UG courses. Candidates are selected for admission based on performance in the entrance exam and a personal interview conducted by the university. For MTech admission, the university also accepts GATE/PERA CET scores.  CAT/XAT/MAT/NMAT/CMAT/PERA CET/MAH MBA CET are taken into consideration for MBA admission.
