MSU Baroda Admission 2024-25: Dates, Application Form, Process, Eligibility

MSU Baroda admissions are provided for different UG, PG, diploma, and certificate courses. GATE 2024 answer key will be released on February 21, 2204. Further, JEE Main session 1 results are out and the application process for session 2 is ongoing till March 2, 2024.  

Established in 1949, Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, popularly known as MSU Baroda, has emerged as a well-recognised state university. The university is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council with an ‘A” grade. Moreover, as per the NIRF Ranking 2022, it has been ranked 16th in the pharmacy category, 90 in the university category, and 149 in the engineering category. Owing to its vast range of academic and research facilities, the applications at MSU Baroda witnesses applications from all over the country and international students.

MSU Baroda offers a wide range of UG, PG, diploma, and certificate programmes in engineering, management, medicine, pharmacy, law, commerce, fine arts, humanities, sciences, journalism, and fine arts. As a result, the MSU Baroda admission process differs from course to course. For professional courses like B.Tech, B.Pharm, M.Tech, and, M.Pharm, the university follows an entrance-test-based admission process. For other courses, it provides admission based on merit.

The MSU Baroda application process is entirely online for the convenience of the applicants and maintaining required transparency. The university has a dedicated MS University Baroda admission portal to streamline the entire application process. 

MSU Baroda applications to various UG, PG, diploma, and certificate courses are currently open. So, if you want to know how can I apply for MSU Baroda, follow the below guidelines to complete the application process successfully.  

• Visit the MSU Baroda official website and go to the ‘Student Corner’ section.
• Click on the ‘Admission through MSUB Portal’ and it will lead you to the MSUIS portal.
• Go to ‘Register to Apply’ and register yourself on the portal using the required personal information.
• Fill out the MSU Baroda application form with details such as personal details, contact details, and academic information.
• Pay the stipulated MSU Baroda application fee to complete the application process and submit the application form.
• Admissions to courses such as BE/B.Pharm/ME/M.Pharm/MBA are done through the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC). It issues admission letters to selected candidates. The candidates also need to register themselves on the MSUIU portal to successfully get admission to the university.
