In the event that a firm has a particular request, the recruiting committee has full authority to propose a set or individual student(s) and it is required that they attend the interview. Once the student arrives for the procedure, the student cannot refuse the offer provided by the company. Once an offer is made and the student is chosen, they are able to accept or reject it. Only one offer may be made to each student. Until the business's student offer is accepted in writing, the corporation has complete discretion over the students it hires, regardless of specialism. Students who are offered a spot before the start of the semester must accept or reject the offer within 24 hours of receiving it. If the Pre-Placement Offer is accepted, they must forego participating in the institute's placement procedure. A student can participate in the placement process if they have a pending Pre-Placement Interview Offer. Students who do not pass the Group Discussion stage for 10 companies or the Personal Interview stage for 5 companies will not be allowed to participate in the placement process until the whole batch is placed. If a company must conduct its process before the slotted day and time, they may do so, but they must make their final offer on the day the company is slotted. Companies that provide overseas placements and pay in a currency other than the rupee are permitted to make spot offers to students and hire them as consultants. Companies must, however, make their final proposals on the day they are scheduled. The appointment letter will be cancelled if the student fails the course. There is no obligation on AIMS' part after convocation unless and until the firm notifies the Corporate & Public Relations cell of any violation of promise on the part of the student. There is no further obligation on AIMS' side after convocation. Ineligible to participate in the placement process.
