Admission at Alliance University is open for 15 ourses such as BA, BSc, BTech, LLB, BBA, MCA, MBA and so on at UG and PG levels. Apart from these programs, the university also offers admission to PhD, and part time Executive Post Graduate Diploma in General Management, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. Candidates can also opt for BDes Lateral Entry courses at this university. Based on past academic performance, group discussion, national test scores, essay writing, and personal interview, candidates are offered admission to Alliance University. Alongside, the Alliance University also conducts the Alliance University Scholastic Aptitude Test (AUSAT) based on which students can take admission to various undergraduate courses. The merit in the AMAT/  GMAT/ CAT/ NMAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ KMAT examination is accepted for admission to the Alliance University MBA programme. The Alliance University also accepts merit based admissions to B.Tech Lateral programmes. For admission to LL.M. course, merit in ACLAT (Alliance Common Law Admission Test) is considered.

• Selection based on entrance exam - For B.Tech, selection is based on JEE (Main)/ Karnataka CET/ COMED-K/ Alliance AUEET or any other state-level engineering entrance examination + PI
• For BBA, the selection is based on JAUSAT + Merit + PI.
• Apart from this for other courses, the university also conducts its entrance test, the Alliance University Scholastic Aptitude Test (AUSAT)
• Qualify the Entrance Exam and attend the counselling - Candidates have to undergo a selection round. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of entrance exam have to further participate in the counselling process for allocation of seats.
• Admission Offer and Enrollment Letter- Alliance University admission letter is provided to the candidates who will meet the eligibility criteria.
• Document verification - Candidates are called for the document verification after which they need to pay a fee to confirm their seats.

• For M.Tech, admission is based on GATE/PGCET, national-level examinations  
• For MBA, selection is based on AMAT/GMAT/CAT/NMAT/XAT/CMAT/KMAT scores, PI, Oral Presentation and Academic Performance
• For Executive Post Graduate Diploma, the university accepts admission based on Merit.
• For merit-based admission, the Alliance university will consider the marks of the candidates in the qualifying exam.
• Once the candidate qualifies in the entrance exam, he/she further needs to sit for a personal interview.
• Candidate’s final selection will be based on his/her overall performance in the admission selection process.
• The shortlisted candidates for Alliance University admission are called for counselling. Then, they need to undergo document verification process, and pay a nominal fee.
