On the top left of the home page, candidates can find the ‘Apply Online’ option from where they can get the admission registration form. Candidates need to fill in the form with the required details and click on the ‘Submit’ button. It is important for the candidates to enter all the correct details like the scope of changes to be made in the admission registration form will probably not be available. The Apex Institute of Management and Science selection process is applicable for the candidates who have been shortlisted in the admission procedure by the concerned authority of the institution. Candidates must understand that the selection process for different degrees will be held differently considering different parameters. The candidates who are interested in the undergraduate programs including BCA and BBA must know that they will face a direct entry procedure. Direct entry will include document verification followed by a personal interview round. The same procedure will be applicable for the candidates of MCA and PGDM degree. For the ones called for the MBA program, the institution has planned Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. Management quota will also be applicable to MBA candidates. Candidates from any discipline can apply for the MBA programme. It is compulsory for the aspirants to qualify in any of the entrances that are accepted by the institution. These entrances include CAT, MAT, CMAT, and ATMA.

In order to do MCA from the Apex Institute of Management and Science, candidates will have to produce a graduation degree in courses such as BCA, B.Sc (IT), B.Sc (CS). Mathematics must be a compulsory subject in the bachelor programme of the candidates. Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% aggregate, as prescribed under the defined norms of RTU, Kota.
