J&K NEET Counselling 2024: Dates, Registration, Choice Filling, Seat Matrix, Colleges

J&K NEET 2024 Counselling is likely to commence in August 2024. The J&K NEET UG Counselling 2024 is conducted by the Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) in online mode. Through the J&K NEET UG Counselling 2024, eligible candidates will be able to seek admissions to government and private medical institutes in the state to fill 1309 MBBS/AYUSH seats and 208 BDS seats. All candidates who qualify the NEET UG 2024 Exam which was held on May 5, 2024, will be eligible to participate in the JK NEET Counselling 2024. However, apart from the entrance exam qualifications, all candidates are also required to satisfy a list of eligibility criteria for the admission counselling process. The NEET UG 2024 Result was announced on June 4, 2024. The JK NEET Counselling 2024 is set to be conducted in three rounds: Round 1, Round 2 and a Mop-up Round. In case a significant number of seats remain empty after the three rounds of JK NEET Counselling 2024, a stray vacancy round will be conducted for eligible candidates. Candidates for J&K NEET UG Counselling 2024 are shortlisted based on the J&K NEET Merit List 2024 released by the official authority.

J&K NEET Cutoff 2024: Check Closing Ranks for MBBS/ BDS Admission

NEET 2024 Cutoff for Jammu and Kashmir will be released by the Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE). The NEET cut off 2024 Jammu and Kashmir for MBBS is 50th percentile for General, and 45th percentile to 40th percentile for reserved category candidates. The NEET cut off 2024 Jammu and Kashmir will be conducted for 100 percent of State Quota. A total of 1,347 MBBS and 229 BDS seats will be filled through the GMC Jammu cut off 2024. After the release of the JK NEET Cut off 2024, students will be called for allotment through the counselling rounds. Jammu and Kashmir have opted out of the counselling done for seats under the All India Quota (AIQ). So, instead of the division of seats between 80 percent State Quota and 15 percent All India Quota, the state conducts admission under 100 percent State Quota.

​HP NEET Counselling 2024 process is currently ongoing from August 15, 2024. The Provisional Merit List for HP NEET Counselling 2024 is scheduled to be published on August 22, 2024. The ​HP NEET Counselling 2024 is conducted online in four rounds in total, followed by a special stray vacancy round of counselling if seats remain vacant after the first four rounds of seat allotment.
