Dear student,

Acharya Shri Chander College of Medical Sciences in Jammu does not conduct its own entrance exam for admission to the MBBS program. Instead, the college accepts the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for admission. To be eligible for counselling at Acharya Shri Chander College of Medical Sciences, candidates must score at least the minimum qualifying percentile in the NEET UG exam. The required percentiles are 45th for General-PH and 40th for SC/ST/OBC categories. NEET UG 2024 counselling schedule has been announced, with registration for Round 1 starting on August 14, 2024.

It includes a six month mandatory internship after completion of five years. The seat intake of Acharya Shri Chander College of Medical Sciences MBBS course is 100.

The detailed format and amount of the BG required for Acharya Shri Chander College of Medical Sciences admission is mentioned below:

Bank Guarantee equivalent to the amount of 4 years of Tuition fee to be pledged to ASCOMS College and Hospital, Sidhra, Jammu.

Dear student, 

You can get admission to the MBBS course at the college if you meet the eligibility criteria for admission. These include passing class 12 or an equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% marks in a relevant stream. Apart from this, you will also be required to obtain a good score in the NEET UG exam. The final selection for the Acharya Shri Chander College of Medical Sciences admission to MBBS will be based on the Jammu and Kashmir NEET Counselling.
