The college is spread across 20 acres of land, with the main campus having 90,000 sq ft of built-up area.The expansion of teaching and residential area of boys is already in progress which will add aprroximatrely 75,000 sq feet  of more area thus making the main campus area to 1,65,000 sq feet.

The college has a boys’ hostel in the campus, with boarding capacity of 160 at present which is likely to increase to 450.There is a hostel for girls as well but at Jamshedpur. Both the hostels have a mess, which serves healthy and nutritious food. The hostels boast of good rooms and all the basic amenities, a live-in superintendent and part-time teaching staff who keeps a close vigil on the hostel and residents’ activities.

• One more Boys hostel with the capacity of 300 students is under construction.
•  The Institute has also made boarding arrangement for girl students, by renting apartments with a good security system in a reputed residential colony.
• Hostel rent for one year is Rs.20,000.00 and mess advance of Rs.3,000.00.
• Minimum payment required for hostel charges is Rs.13000.00 (including mess charges) for one semester which is not refundable under any circumstances. 
• Girls student will be charged extra for transportation expenses of Rs.5,000 (per annum)  in addition to above charges as the girls' hostel is in the city.
