You can sit for the Karnataka PGCET exam for CSE paper even after being an ECE non-Karnataka student. There are no restrictions for students of other states to join the Karnataka PGCET exam. However, it is important for the other states’ students to meet the eligibility criteria in order to take the exam. The criterion to be eligible states that the students need to score a minimum of 50% in their graduation. You should also note that those belonging to the SC/ ST category shall be considered as the General category students in contrast to the other states’ categories.

You cannot take lateral entry admission (directly in 2nd year) in BCA course at Cambridge Institute of Technology Bangalore. The college does not offer lateral entry admission. You need to take admission in the first year based on Class 12 scores. The duration of the BCA course is three years and it is divided into six semesters. Cambridge Institute of Technology Bangalore fee for BCA is Rs 95,000 per annum. Along with BCA, the institute also offers BTech, BBA, BCom, MBA, MCA etc.
