College of Applied Science (CAS), Calicut Admission 2024 - Dates, Form, Online Process, Fees

•  Candidates with pass in Pre-Degree/Higher Secondary Examination of the Universities in Kerala/Higher Secondary Education Dept. with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects or any other examination accepted as equivalent thereto are eligible for admission.
• Candidates who have studied Computer Science/Computer Application or Electronics with other combinations at +2 level are eligible for admission to B.Sc Computer Science and B.Sc Electronics respectively.

• A candidate who has passed B.Sc Electronics (Semester or non-semester),B.Sc.Physics, B.Sc.Computer Science (Semester or non-semester) with a minimum of 50% marks in Part III, of the Calicut or any other course recognised as equivalent therto is eligible.
• Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and scheduled Tribes will be required to have only a pass in the qualifying examination. 

a) The candidates shall be Indian Nationals. Certificate from a Village Officer or a competent authority to who that candidate is a native of any State of Union Territory of India, should be furnished in the body of the application form itself.

b) (i) Applicants should have passed B.Sc./B.Com./B.Tech. Degree with Mathematics or Statistics as one of the optional subjects; 50% marks in aggregate (including languages) and 60% marks in optional subjects, of study or an examination of any University of Authority accepted by the University of Calicut as equivalent thereto.

    (ii) First class is to be interpreted as First Class in Part III of B.Sc./B.Com.

    (iii) In B.Tech., since no parts are  there, it would First Class overall.

c) Final year B.Sc./B.Com./B.Tech students are also permitted to appear for the Entrance Examination subject to the condition that the entire mark list of qualifying examination shall be produced by the candidate for the allotment.

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
