Candidate should have passed the Bachelor's Degree of UGC recognized university, in any faculty with at least 50% marks (for SC/ST Candidate 45% Marks) and should have offered at least one school subject at the first and / or second degree level as principal or subsidiary of allied or optional subject. (School subjects means the subject included in the syllabus of secondary and higher secondary level in the Maharashtra State.

Candidates with the degree of Bachelor of Education of this University or a degree of another University recognized as equivalent to B.Ed.
