Placement: Party placements are fairly decent, and in our year, it was fairly decent even with the recession. The placement rate in general is 90-95% and the package is quite good.

Dear Student,

Unfortunately, there is no information available on previous year's admission cutoff at College of Military Engineering, Pune. However, you should know that to be eligible for B.Tech course admission here, you need to have 45% marks in your Class 11 and 12th. The B.Tech admissions are accepted via JEE Main results or MHT CET scores. You need to score the required cutoff of your category to get a seat. To get admitted to M.Tech courses, you need to have an undergraduate degree with 50% marks. There might be some marks relaxation for different categories which you can check on the college’s official website.

We hope this answer your query. Good luck!

Dear Student,

Being a Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering, you will be able to get admission to B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering at the College of Military Engineering. Before you proceed to apply for the course, you need to make sure that you possess the required eligibility criteria, which states that you need to secure a minimum of 45% in your Diploma. The institute also accepts national-level and common entrance exam scores, like JEE Main and MHT CET for admission. However, there is no information available related to cutoff. Furthermore, being a Diploma holder also makes you eligible for lateral entry into the second year of the course.

We hope that this answers your query. Good luck!

Hi,

There are primarily two main routes to get admission to College of Military Engineering: Technical Entry Scheme (TES) or through entrance exams like JEE Main and MHT CET. For admission through entrance exams, you need to qualify for either JEE Main or MHT CET with a good score, appear for an SSB interview, and clear the medical exam. For admission through TES, you need to appear for the written test and qualify, appear for an SSB interview, and clear the medical exam. As per the eligibility criteria, you need to pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with a minimum of 70% aggregate marks.

To gain admission to the College of Military Engineering (CME), Pune, applicants must mainly take the JEE Main exam for undergraduate engineering courses, as MHT CET is not typically accepted for CME. Diploma holders are eligible for lateral entry into the second year of engineering programs but must appear for specific entrance exams like the Maharashtra Direct Second Year Engineering Admission under the Maharashtra CET framework, although some may also consider JEE Main scores if mentioned in the guidelines. General eligibility for JEE Main includes completing 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, while diploma holders usually do not need to complete class 10+2 if they have a three-year engineering diploma. Eligible candidates should check the official admission notifications released by CME Pune or the website for detailed guidelines and prepare accordingly.
