C.P.M.S. College of Nursing is a part of the prestigious Purbanchal Educational Welfare Society (PEWS) Group of Institutions established in the year 2003. C.P.M.S College of Nursing, Guwahati is affiliated to the Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences, Govt. of Assam, and is approved by INC, SNC, & IAP, Govt. of India. The college aims to nurture students in the different aspects of nursing like Preventive, Curative, Primitive, and Rehabilitative, so that they can offer support to the healthcare environment of the society.
The C.P.M.S College of Nursing courses are designed to cover all the important aspects while the teaching methodologies employed aim at developing the ability to offer holistic care in each student so that once they are in the real healthcare environment, they can contribute & bring change in the community health services. The courses offered are B.Sc in Nursing, M.Sc in Nursing, and Post Basic B.Sc in Nursing. All these courses come with compulsory internship opportunities that allow students to practice what they have learned.
