Health Care

• As far as health care facilities are concerned, both the students and staff of DIATM are really fortunate. A state of the art hospital and Research centre, namely, Gauri Devi Memorial Hospital & Research Centre (also set up by the Chairman), is situated virtually in the college campus itself. The most updated equipments, and supremely resourceful doctors and efficient staff make this a hospital that can find parallels only in metropolitan cities. The students of DIATM enjoy a concession while getting themselves treated out here.

Separate hostels for boys and girls inside the campus, namely, Kanchenjunga 1,2, and 3, and Kaveri 1 and 2 (accommodating 400 and 200 boarders respectively). Each hostel is carefully supervised by sincere and caring employees and each has wifi facility

EDC-DIATM has been rewarded with the Championship Award (East) along with the Best Impact Institute award based on the entrepreneurial activities performed by the students associated with this cell for E-Week 2016 at Heritage Business School, Anandapur Kolkata on 5th March,2016. In addition to this EDC-DIATM is involved in carrying out entrepreneurial activities independently based on a long awaited grant of Rs 2 lakh recommended by AICTE in times to come.Our honorable principal, Prof. ( Dr.) P.K. Sinha , Chief Coordinator of EDC-DIATM has suggested the mentor group [Dr. D.Ghosh (CHE), Mr. A.Chatterjee (EE),Ms. N.SinhaRoy (ECE) & Ms. S.Saha (ECE)] to diversify the activities and harness the entrepreneurial potential among the students more than ever before.
