The College library provides information support to the teaching-faculties, students & research-scholars with its collection of about 24118 documents, including
books/textbooks on various subjects, Dissertation, project-reports, Seminar/survey files, Journals, CDs & Cassettes, etc. The college is the member of NLIST project of INFLIBNET which facilitates our students to access 97000 books & 6000 journals of different subjects. The library also subscribes 46 print Journals, 17 periodicals and 15 dailies.The college provides Hostel facility in college premises . The old & new Hostel together provide accommodation to more than 85 students. College culture is incubated and hatched in cafeteria. Cafeteria is arranged by the students of M.Sc. H.Sc. (Foods & Nutrition) Final year every session as a part of their curriculum. It helps them to understand various aspects of cafeteria management like mass cooking, table setting, costing, marketing and selling etc. They plan cafeterias every week with different themes like Marriage Celebration, Rim-Jhim, Bollywood Dhamaka, Sparkle Nights and Welcome-2014. Students are assigned different responsibilities like head cooks, assistant cooks, waitresses, advertisers, dishwashers etc. Food is not the only thing that is offered in cafeteria, the atmosphere created to emphasize the themes also acts like a catalyst for the guests.Nutritional aspect of the diets is also taken care of. Taste and nutrition go hand-in-hand. Students get trained to become future entrepreneurs and catering managers by this practice.
