About Gla University
GLA University is a private business school established in 2010 in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The university is NAAC accredited and approved by the National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE), Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), Bar Council of India (BCI), All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), and University Grants Commission (UGC). GLA University admits students to undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and diploma programmes in Engineering, Pharmacy, Science, and Education. GLA University is ranked 44th in India by The Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2024.
GLA University offers an extensive choice of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in a variety of disciplines. These courses are available through 13 departments and nine affiliated colleges in fields such as science, technology, engineering, pharmacy, management, and others. In addition to traditional classroom instruction, the university offers online MBA, BBA, and BCom (Hons) programmes. GLA University offers undergraduate programmes such as BA, B.Sc, B.Com, B.Tech, B.Pharm, BBA, and B.Ed, as well as graduate programmes such as M.Pharm, MBA, MCA, and M.Sc. GLA University also offers admission to Lateral Entry and Integrated (BA-LL.B & B.Com-LL.B) programmes. Candidates can apply to any of the courses online or in person by completing the application form and paying a Rs 700 application fee (Rs 500 for B.Ed).
For admissions to all courses, scores of GLAET (which is administered by GLA University) are used to determine admission to all courses, followed by interviews. Depending on the course being applied for, the length of the online multiple-choice GLAET test can range from 60 minutes to two hours. However, admission to MBA programmes is also granted with a valid CAT/MAT/XAT score. Furthermore, GLA University admits students to its M.Tech programme based on their GATE results. The university has a dedicated placement cell to assist students in getting placed in reputed companies. GLA University Mathura also offers financial aid in terms of scholarships to help students go for higher studies.

GLA University Admission Dates 2024
The GLAET 2024 entrance exam determines admission to all UG courses at GLA University, including integrated BA-LL.B. and B.Com-LL.B. programmes in various specialisations, as well as BA, BBA, BCA, B.Sc, B.Com, Btech, BPharm, and B.Ed programmes. For MA/MSc/MPharm; candidates are accepted based on the GLAET score followed by an interview. However, MTech candidates can be accepted based on their GATE/GLAET 2024 score. GLA University admission is based solely on the national/college entrance exam. There are no direct or merit-based admissions offered by the institution. The process of GLA university admission varies according to the course for which a candidate applies. However, the application process remains the same. Central Library - GLA University campus has a central library that currently has over 1,55,000 books, over 4,500 CD-ROMs, and subscribers to more than 95 national and international journals/ magazines in print, as well as a larger number of e-journals through the INDEST-AICTE Consortium for Subscription of International Journals of IEEE/IEE (IEL Online+ ASPP), ASME, which are available to the academic community throughout the camp.
