For admission, at Government Polytechnic Dehradun, you have to take the Joint Entrance Examination Polytechnic (JEEP) and go through the counselling process. The last date for application ended on May 31, 2023. The counselling process is currently ongoing. The hostels at the Government Polytechnic in Dehradun contain comfortable accommodations. For students, the rooms offer all the necessities. Providing diploma studies in a number of engineering and pharmacy streams, Government Polytechnic Dehradun is a renowned polytechnic institution. It is recognised by the UBTER and is approved by the Government of India. The Institute has 2 hostels with a capacity of 120 students, 60 each for male and female students. The hostel fees are not yet released by the college authorities.
