Placement: Gumla Polytechnic is a nice college for technical education, but there's one area where it could do better: placements. While the teachers are good and the facilities are nice, the college should focus more on helping students find jobs after they graduate. Maybe they could bring in more companies for campus recruitment or offer more training on job interview skills. If Gumla Polytechnic can improve its placement support, it would be even more helpful for students who want to start their careers after college.

Placement: Placement cell of the college is very good, we get to know all details regarding placement there only and many students pictures have been hanged on the wall and we can see that which student of which department got placed.
