Candidates seeking admission in polytechnic engineering course at Gumla Polytechnic, Jharkhand can take admission through JCECE PECE entrance examination. Candidates can also take admission through management quota.
To appear in JCECE PECE entrance examination, the candidate must visit http://jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in/ website and fill in the application for entrance test.
Those who wish to take admission through management quota must visit the institute website https://www.gumlapolytechnic.ac.in/ and fill in the GPCET application form.
The minimum eligibility criteria to appear in c entrance examination for admission in Diploma Engineering course at Gumla Polytechnic is as follows:
The candidate must be a permanent resident of India.
He must be the resident of Jharkhand and must have a valid residential certificate.
There is no specific age limit to apply for JEECE, However, for mining diploma engineering, the minimum age of the candidate must be 17 years as on July 01, 2020 for the session 2020-21.
The candidate must have passed Class 10th board from any recognised board and He/ She must have studied science in the qualifying examination.
Students who will be appearing in the Class 10th board in the current academic year can also appear in JEECE.
Candidates who have passed Class 12th and have studied Mathematics or passed ITI are eligible to apply for the lateral admission in second year.
Admission in diploma engineering course offered at Gumla Polytechnic is considered through JCECE PECE entrance examination. JCECE PECE is a Jharkhand state level entrance examination for admission in various institutions in the state.
Candidates seeking admission in diploma engineering course at Gumla Polytechnic must appear in the entrance examination in the current academic year for admission.
