Residents have easy access to daily utilities in the neighborhood. There are several pharmacies, groceries and convenience stores, as well as entertainment options such as cinema halls and dine-in/home delivery restaurants.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the institute is very modern and fully furnished. The lawns , greenery and the floral patterns in the campus are worth the praise.

Hostel: Hostels are neat and clean. The sanitation process and the food are rich in quality and value. The infrastructure is refreshing and green lawns make the environment overall very playful and joyous.

However, the institute does not offer a Fashion Style or Image Designing course. The Fashion Design course offered at the Indian Institute of Art & Design has a duration of 4 years. The Indian Institute of Art & Design offers the Interior and Architecture Design (UG) course for a duration of 4 years. The basic eligibility criteria to apply for this course are scoring at least 50% in class 12 as well as clearing the IIAD Design Aptitude Test (IDAT). The course fee is Rs 5.06 lakh for this course. Among the Indian Institute of Art & Design courses, this specialization is a popularly opted one due to its extensive curriculum which includes components like the Learn-on-Site 8-weeks and 16-weeks internships in the first and second year respectively.
