About IIITDM Kancheepuram
IIITDM Kancheepuram admission 2024 for B.Tech courses will start on June 10, 2024 through JoSAA counselling. For candidates seeking admission to M.Tech courses, GATE COAP 2024 seat allotment result for second round has been released. The last date to exercise one's option was May 22, 2024.
IIITDM Kancheepuram was established in 2007. The college has signed MOUs with NASSCOM CoE DSAI & IoT, IIT Madras and National University of Science and Technology (NUST), MISiS, Moscow, Russia to provide some additional knowledge to the students. IIITDM Kancheepuram courses are offered at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in engineering, technology and design. All the programmes are available in multiple branches. The curriculum of all the IIITDM Kancheepuram courses is updated with industry 4.0 standards in mind and is equipped with a three-month summer internship programme followed by a 6-month industry project.
The 51-acre campus of the IIIT Kanchipuram is situated at Vandalur-Kelambakkam Road, Chennai. The IIITDM Kancheepuram campus is equipped with many facilities such as an auditorium, hostel and modern classrooms. The campus has a Teaching Learning Centre (TLC) established for providing Design and Manufacturing Education. The centre is funded by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) under the Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya National Mission. Many clubs such as Quiz Club, Robotics Club, IDC Club, Dance Club, Language Lab, Ingenium Club and Electronics Club are also available on the campus of IIIT Kanchipuram. As per the NIRF Ranking 2022, IIITDM Kancheepuram has secured the 184th rank under the engineering category with a score of 34.93.

IIITDM Kancheepuram Courses and Admission 2025
IIITDM Kancheepuram admissions to B.Tech courses are based on the scores and ranks secured in the JEE Main entrance exam. JEE Main 2023 session 2 results have been released by NTA on April 24, 2024 for B.Tech admissions. The registration process for JoSAA Counselling 2024 is going to start from June 10, 2024.
