Overall: Both school life and college life is the most memorable time of a person's life, but both of them are quite different from each other. While in School life, we learn everything in a protected environment, College Life exposes us to a new environment where we have to learn new things and face new challenges by ourselves. We spend half of our young lives in school, and thus we get comfortable living in that environment. But College Life is for three years only, where every year introduces new challenges and lessons to us. While in school, our teachers and friends always protect and guard us, in college life we form a relationship with our mentors, and they don't protect us all the time as our school teachers did. College Life is one of the most remarkable and lovable times of an individual's life. Unlike School Life, College Life has a different experience, and a person needs to have this experience in his/her life. College Life exposes us to whole new experiences which we always dream of experiencing after our school life. Lucky are those who get the chance to enjoy their college life, as many people don't get this chance due to their circumstances or financial issues. For every person, College Life has a different meaning. While some people spend their college life partying with friends, others become more cautious about their careers and study hard. Placement: The college is really good; if you want to take admission in this college, you can go for it. 75 percent in final year student Placed in campus placement Placement is good; more than of students were placed in information technology two years ago. The highest package was $120,000 per annum in information technology. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, MindSpace, and many other IT companies. Infrastructure: Infrastructure is pretty much good. There is an AC auditorium, playground, Wi-Fi campus, library, and many labs. Infrastructure: Very good classrooms. Well-equipped laboratories. Well stocked libraries. Well Ventilated Classrooms. Theatre. Courtyards. Exam halls. Sports grounds for football, basketball, badminton, volleyball.

Faculty: Faculty are very good .well teaching experienced.All faculty are very good.well teaching style and many professor are of Scientist.Faculty always help student .

Overall: Its a third generation IIT so right now its hood but not that good, it’s still in building phase Phase 1 has been completed for now but phase 2 has not even started yet. Permanent campus has been started now.

Placement: The placements at IIT Dharwad are not too god right now because of recession. Amazon don't come to our campus because it has blacklisted us due to some reasons Other than that highest package is around 30 lakh per annum Lowest is around 5-6 lakh per annum Payment, Cred , Nvidia also come here.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, its new and well maintained and cleaned Hostels are also very nicely build in permanent campus Grounds are being constructed right now so it will take some time.

Faculty: The faculty of IIT Dharwad is really good, all the professors are qualified and all the professors have been teaching in different IIT’s and have studied abroad All branch faculty here are very helpful

Hostel: The hostels here are all new Everyday cleaning staff comes and cleans our room , washrooms are also nice well maintained and cleaned properly. Right now each room has 4 students Rooms are designed for 4 students only.

Placement: College provides us with good training interviews and also provide the best placements and packages that would settles our lives and to grow better with the best companies like google tcs etc

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and the environment is so healthy that every student would surely prefer to study here . Better education and atmosphere here helps the students stay motivated throughout their course

Faculty: The faculties here are so experienced that they understand the students perception and try to solve every doubts and provide the quality education that enhances our knowledge

Hostel: As a female I heartfully thank this college for all the supplements they provide such as water , food and other amenities and most importantly the security to feel safer .

Overall: Like this famous saying , college days are the best days for anyone its the same for me. At the first year i was a little scared but i only got to know as we got to the fourth year, college days are the most beautiful days in our life.

Placement: The placements are surely not very hard to get since its a prestigious IIT. But to get a higher package we need to perform at our best in the semester exams. There are placement workshops which help us in many ways to get better package.

Infrastructure: It has the best infrastructure(buildings) that i have ever seen. It was worth it to study hard for the two years. They provide everything that we ever would need. Labs, Classroom complexes and everything else. Including cricket ground, badminton court.

Faculty: The faculty are highly experienced and they support us a lot. Most of them have done a pHD from other IITs and foreign countries.. they have offices where we can go in and clarify all our doubts.

Hostel: The hostels at IIT dharwad are decent. They provide us with every need we would have. There are four blocks for boys and three hostel blocks for girls. They are decently spacious and clean.
