ISMR Pune Placement Process

ISMR Pune has a dedicated placement cell that works towards providing employement opportunities to the students. ISMR placement cell organizes campus placement drive, invites companies for placement and prepares its students for the recruitment process. ISMR placement process is a structured one and involves the following steps:

Pre-Placement Talk: Companies visit the campus for ISMR Pune placement process and conduct pre-placement talks. PPT provides an overview of the company, job roles and other important requirements. Students have to attend these talks to get an idea about the companies and job profiles.

Registration: Students who are interested in participating in the ISMR Pune placement process needs to register with the placement cell. They have to submit their updated resumes and other relevant documents with the International School of Management and Research placement cell.

Screening of Applicants: The resumes and other documents of registered students are screened by the ISMR placement cell to shortlist the candidates for the further placement process. All the shortlisted students are further informed about the ISMR Pune placement process and other details.

Selection Process: The selection process includes a written test, group discussion, and personal interview. Additional rounds, such as case study analysis, psychometric tests, etc. may also be conducted by the institute depending on their requirements.

Job Offer: Students who successfully clear the selection process are offered jobs. The job offer include details such as salary, job profile, location, and other terms and conditions.

Acceptance: Students who receive job offers have the right to accept or reject the offer during the ISMR placement provess. Students have to communicate their acceptance or rejection to the ISMR Pune placement cell in a timely manner.
