Currently only participants who get a monthly gross salary that is less than the decided minimum gross salary are eligible to receive the IRMA Fellowship (provided they join the organisations that are eligible for the purpose of the fellowship). The amount of the IRMA Fellowship to an eligible participant will be equal to the difference between the actual amount of his/her gross salary and the decided minimum gross salary.
