The ITSEC placement process carried out at the campus and is very well-defined with clear steps including making sure the job description for companies are registered with the students interested in them and for all the registered students herewith to appear for the placement drives to avail of the offer in the time and opportunity provided in the campus. The students stand a chance to be debarred if they register however do not turn up for the placements, by the CRC.
A set of rules are made clear to the students pertaining to aspects of ITS Engineering College placements like what would happen if the CTC over Rs 5 Lakhs is offered, how many attempts they are allowed to make, students clearing the job on the first round may not be required to continue with other companies in the placement process, the same policy being followed in other rounds of placement as well like the second and the third rounds. The students may get 3 attempts if the companies offer a CTC of Rs 5 Lakhs or more. The student may continue with more attempts in the placement drive if their first job offer is for a CTC that is between Rs 3 Lakhs to Rs 4.99 Lakhs.
If the students of ITS Greater Noida desire, they can continue with the placement drive if they have been offered a CTC below Rs 3 Lakhs during the placements for a higher pay package. However, after reaching a figure of INR 3 Lakhs, the students may be out of the placement drive and other students may carry on with the placement drive. Appearing for the first stage of the selection process after qualifying for it at ITSEC is mandatory failing which the student may face the disciplinary board and the results might include a fine or debarment for placements or both keeping the other actions along with this in view by the team.

Placement: The Placement of this college has grown every year day by day . In this year 2024 The college placement got 49lakh per year which is got taken by Prakriti goel in the well known company MICROSOFT.
Placement: Placement is good but these due to recession and and artificial intelligence the placement of it companies going down the demand of engineer too . So it means if you have skills then you really get placed from this college
Placement: before 2022 the placement in college was decent but now it has almost become nill one has to thrive on his own to get a placement offer from outside and it's really difficult to do so.
Placement: Placements have been nothing only about sales that too only between 3 PPA to 5 LPA that can easily be gotten after under graduation. No placements for operations, finance and HR. During admissions we were told IT and IB specialization are available but later denied saying there were not many students opting for those subjects. There is no training given for hard skills.
Placement: the package offered are quite high ,but it's the students who cannot make up to the level.But this year(2024) the highest placement reached is 49lpa by a cs student
Placement: The college has a separate committee which brings placement nationally and internationally and its provides placement twice a year mainly at the end of semester exams and all the willing students get equal opportunity to appear in the placement.
