JNIT Jaipur Placements 2023 - Average & Highest Package, Percentage

Jagannath Gupta Institute of Engineering & Technology has a placement cell which interacts with almost 200 companies and invites them for workshops and seminars. Companies are also invited to organise events and interviews. The placement cell also helps students prepare for the final interview, soft skills, and presentation skills. Many companies from Core Engineering industries, Manufacturing Industries, Management Organisations, Consultancy Firms,  R & D laboratories, IT & IT enabled services, etc visit the campus.

Jagannath Gupta Institute of Engineering & Technology has a good placement record and many companies including BNM academy, Metaindia Services Pvt Ltd, Teleperformance, Surya Salts, Hindustan Zinc, KITE, Jaipur, Information Tech. Learning Centre, Sitapura, Nokia are some of the recruiters. The average package offered to the students is Rs.2-2.5 lakh per annum. The students at JNIT, Jaipur are also taken through a training process, organised by the Centre for Electronic Governance (Established by the government of Rajasthan).

The Training & Placement Cell of JNIT facilitates the process of placement of students passing out from the Institute besides collaborating with leading organizations and institutes in setting up of internship and training program of students. The office liaises with various industrial establishments, corporate houses etc which conduct campus interviews and select graduate students from all disciplines. The Training & Placement Office provides the infra-structural facilities to conduct group discussions, tests, and interviews besides catering to other logistics. The Office interacts with many industries in the country, of which nearly 200 companies visit the campus for holding campus interviews. The placement season runs through the course of the year commencing the last week of July through to March. PrePlacement Talks are also conducted in this regard as per mutual convenience. Job offers, dates of interviews, selection of candidates etc. are announced through the Training & Placement Office. The Placement Office is assisted by a committee comprising representatives of students from the undergraduate and post-graduate engineering streams. The committee evolves a broad policy framework every year besides a set of rules which are inviolable. Student members are closely co-opted in implementing these policy decisions.
