Gauhati University B.Ed 2024 entrance (GUBEDCET) took place on July 14, 2024. The merit list for GUBEDCET was released on August 5, 2024. The application process was conducted from June 17 to July 7, 2024. Gauhati University B.Ed Common Entrance Test (GUBEDCET) is a popular BEd entrance exam conducted by Gauhati University every year. Through the Gauhati University B.Ed 2024 entrance exam, eligible candidates will get admission to affiliated/ permitted colleges/ institutions under Gauhati University. 

The IGNOU B.Ed admission 2024 for the July session is ongoing and the last date to submit the form is August 14, 2024. The B.Ed admission process is conducted twice a year and admission is provided based on the entrance exam score obtained by the students. IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University) conducts one entrance exam for each session for admission to the B.Ed course. The entrance exam for the January session was conducted on January 7, 2024. For the July session, candidates can expect the entrance exam to be conducted in the last week of August or the beginning of September 2024. The B.Ed admission at IGNOU includes filling up the exam application form and waiting for the release of the admit card to appear for the entrance exam. After the release of the results, eligible students can get admitted to the university. The registration process for the BEd admission needs to be done from the official website of IGNOU, ignou.ac.in. 

The B.Ed distance education admission process 2024 is conducted based on entrance exams or merit. BEd in distance mode has become quite popular among candidates who aspire to become teachers. In India, there are quite a lot of colleges offering distance BEd courses such as Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) in New Delhi, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University (BAOU) in Hyderabad, Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) in Mysore and Maharashtra's Yashwantrao Chavan Open University. To get admitted to the distance BEd course, candidates need to complete their undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a recognised university and secure a minimum of 50% marks. This course is taught in colleges/ universities for a minimum duration of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years in universities such as IGNOU.
