BTK(Basic Training Kitchen):
This kitchen provides the students of 1st year to familiarize with the basics of food production. Here the students get their knowledge of the basics of food production with a reward of tasting their own creativity.
QTK (Quantity Training Kitchen):
The QTK prepares the students to face the cooking barriers and challenges for bulk cooking and catering the wide variety of people representing different culinary zones of India.
Restaurant:
The Air-conditioned – Training Restaurant helps to enhance style serving techniques. It operates 24 covers and also has a Training Bar to facilitate practical experience to the students.
Computer lab:
The Laboratory undertakes a broad range of applications within the discipline of Computer Science. Current areas include knowledge on Computer hardware, Ms-Word, Ms-Excel and Ms powerpoint, and Networking concepts.
ATK (Advanced Training Kitchen):
The ATK is a kitchen where the budding chefs prove their innovation and creativity. Also, the students are given training in planning and preparation of Oriental, Western Cuisines and various types of carvings and edible buffet presentation which is imparted to the students.
Accommodation Operation:
To fill the need of matching class theory with practical skills, a model twin bedded room suite was built as a housekeeping lab that complements the theories given in the Housekeeping Management course.
