Kingston Law College or KLC, as it is popularly referred to, is situated in Barasat, West Bengal and is the largest private Law college in West Bengal in terms of seating capacity. KLC Kolkata was founded in the year 2004 and it is the second private law college to be established in the state. The Kingston Law College Kolkata is affiliated with the Bar Council of India, West Bengal State University and the Ministry of Higher Education of West Bengal. The Kingston law College Kolkata believes in imparting knowledge for the greater benefit of society through a broad range of legal education. Kingston Law College Kolkata offers admission into both the 3-year and 5-year LL.B programmes like LL.B, B.A+LL.B and BBA+LL.B. The institute has laid down separate admission criteria for the programmes it offers. Preference is given to those aspiring candidates who have secured at least 60% or more in aggregate at the previous 10+2 qualifying exam level. The minimum qualifying aggregate marks which the aspiring candidates must have secured is 45% (reserved categories are eligible for relaxation in aggregate score criterion).

• UTSAV BASANTA: In the state of West Bengal, Holi is known as Basanta Utsav and is widely celebrated. Rabindranath Tagore, poet and Nobel laureate, established the Basanta Utsav, or Spring Festival, the tradition at Shantiniketan, the university he founded.

Ex-Atletico & Bengal Player Blood Donation Camp Each year, Kingston Law College arranges a blood donation camp to benefit the State Blood Transfusion Council of West Bengal's needy patients. The camp, which drew more than 75 volunteers from among the students, teachers, and staff, helped promote awareness about the Blood Transfusion Council and its work.
• Tree Plantation: KEI students and all other members are aware of the benefits of trees and their impact on the environment, which is related to the well-being of humanity. KEI connected the Forest department of Barasat and planted around 1500 saplings inside the campus area and surroundings.
