Lingaya's Vidyapeeth Scholarships 2025 - Details, Eligibility, Amount

(a) Rs. 35,000/- Scholarship to a student who has obtained more than 90% marks in the qualifying examination or whose rank in JEE Mains is between 1 and 50,000.

(b) Rs. 17,500/- Scholarship to a student who has obtained marks between 81% and 90% in the qualifying examination or whose rank in JEE Mains is between 50,001 and 100,000.

(c) Rs. 10,000/- Scholarship to a student who has obtained marks between 70% and 80% in the qualifying examination or whose rank in JEE Mains is between 100,001 and 125,000.

Rs. 8,000/- per month fellowship to a student who has obtained more than 85% marks in the qualifying examination.

(a) Rs. 17,500/- Scholarship to a student who has obtained more than 75% marks in the qualifying Examination.

(b) Rs. 10,000/- Scholarship to a student who has obtained marks between 65% and 75% in the qualifying Examination.

For the Students coming from the Government/ Government aided institutions and having 65% or more marks in the qualifying examination are eligible for Scholarship of 25% in the tuition fees.

Students coming from the Government/ Government aided institutions and having 65% or more marks in qualifying examination are eligible for scholarship of 50% of total fees. However during first year these students are required to pay one time charge of 7,500/- for Caution money, Blazer & tool kit.

25% waiver in tuition fee will be given to the students who had participated in State/National/International level games.

The students of entire Lingaya's group, who seek admission in Lingaya's University after qualifying 10+2/degree / diploma will be provided scholarship equivalent to 25% of the tuition fee for entire duration of the course for pursuing his/her 2nd degree from Lingaya's University.

25% waiver in tuition fee in all the courses for the entire duration, of course, will be given to candidates recommended by our Alumni.(only applicable for blood relation)

15% waiver in tuition fee in all the courses for the entire duration, of course, will be given to candidates recommended by our Alumni.(applicable for candidates other than blood relation)

25% waiver in tuition fee in all the courses for the entire duration of course will be given to candidates recommended by our Faculty/Staff.(only applicable for blood relation)

Lingaya's University offers a waiver of 25% in tuition fee to one of the siblings studying in our University.( Till both the siblings are studying in the university

1. Preferably no backlogs at the end of the academic year. In the case of all clear with 7+ CGPA, an additional 10% of tuition Fee will be given the scholarship.

2. There should not be any disciplinary action taken against the student.

3. More than 75% of attendance is a must.

4. The student is not detained from appearing in the End Semester Examination due to any reason whatsoever.

5. A student will be eligible to get only one scholarship /tuition waiver at any time during the tenure of his/her stay for the program he/she is admitted to.

6. The fee as prescribed by the university is submitted on or before the prescribed date.

7. He/She is not involved in any illegal activity/groupie /unionism. In a case of non-fulfillment of any of the above condition, the scholarship will not be continued under any circumstances and no request for continuation of the scholarship shall be entertained.

1. For B.Tech (Applicable to = 60%): If a candidate obtains equal to or more than 60% marks in PCM, the scholarship amount offered to him / her will be equal of the fee to the percentage of marks obtained. E.g if candidate obtains 65%, 75%, 85% in PCM, the scholarship amount will be Rs. 65000/75000/85000 per annum respectively.

2. For B.Arch(Applicable to = 60%): If a candidate obtains equal to or more than 60% marks in Aggregate, the scholarship amount offered to him / her will be equal to the percentage of marks obtained. E.gif candidate obtains 65%, 75%, 85%, the scholarship amount will be Rs.65000/75000/85000 pre annum respectively

3. For MBA(Applicable to = 55%): If a candidate obtains equal to or more than 55% marks in Graduation, the scholarship amount offered to him / her will be equal to the percentage obtained. E.gif candidate obtains 55%, 65%, 75%, 85% in Graduation, the scholarship amount will be Rs.55000/65000/75000/85000 per annum respectively

4. For All Other Courses(Applicable to = 60%): If a candidate obtains equal to or more than 60% marks in qualifying examination, the scholarship amount offered to him / her will be 25% of marks obtained in qualifying examination. E.g if a candidate secures 70% in qualifying examination thenthe scholarship amount will be 25% of 70 i.e. Rs.17,500 per annum and so on.

5. For Full time Regular M.Tech and M.Arch (Earn while Learn): (Applicable to = 60%) - Student will be offered teaching work of about 12 hrsa week and will be paid the fellowship amount of Rs. 12,400/- per month.

Lingaya's University offers Scholarship and Tuition Fee Waiver to meritorious/deserving students. Students may apply for the scholarship facility while going for the counselling process. The scholarship will be granted to the students only if they meet all the eligibility criteria and provide proof of all the certificates and family income. Following are the Scholarship/Tuition Fee Wavier given to an eligible student per year:

1) For student admitted in B.Tech 1st Year 

(a) Rs. 35,000/- Scholarship will be awarded to a student who has obtained more than 90% marks in the qualifying examination or whose rank in JEE Mains is between 1 and 50,000.

 (b) Rs. 17,500/- Scholarship will be awarded to a student who has obtained marks between 81% and 90% in the qualifying examination or whose rank in JEE Mains is between 50,001 and 100,000. 

(c) Rs. 10,000/- Scholarship will be awarded to a student who has obtained marks between 70% and 80% in the qualifying examination or whose rank in JEE Mains is between 100,001 and 125,000. 

2) For student admitted in B. Arch 1st Year

(a) Rs. 35,000/- Scholarship will be awarded to a student who has obtained more than 90% marks in the qualifying examinations. 

(b) Rs. 17,500/- Scholarship will be awarded to a student who has obtained marks between 81% and 90% marks in the qualifying examinations. 

(c) Rs. 10,000/- Scholarship will be awarded to a student who has obtained marks between 70% and 80% marks in the qualifying examinations.

3) For student admitted in MBA/MCA 1st Year 

(a) 75% Tuition Fee Waiver to a student who has obtained more than 85% marks in the qualifying Examination. (b) 40% Tuition Fee Waiver will be provided to a student who has obtained marks between 75% and 85% in the qualifying Examination. 

4) For students admitted to M. Tech/M. Arch 1st Year 

Rs. 8,000/- per month fellowship will be granted to a student who has obtained more than 85% marks in the qualifying examination. 

5) For student admitted in UG Degree programs other than B.Tech and B. Arch 

(a) Rs. 17,500/- Scholarship will be awarded to a student who has obtained more than 75% marks in the qualifying Examination. 

(b) Rs. 10,000/- Scholarship will be awarded to a student who has obtained marks between 65% and 75% in the qualifying Examination. 

6) For Girl Student who is a single child 

25% Tuition Fee Waiver will be provided to the girl student with no sibling. 

7) For a student who has lost his/her father 

In such case, 50% Tuition Fee Waiver will be provided to the students

8) For a differently-abled (as per Government norms) 

In such a case, the student will be provided with 25% Tuition Fee Waive 

9) For Economically weaker section 

For the Students who are coming from the Government/ Government aided institutions and having 65% or more marks in the qualifying examination are eligible for Scholarship of 25% in the tuition fees. 

10) For B.Tech (Lateral Entry to 2nd year) 

Students who are coming from the Government/ Government aided institutions and have scored 65% or more marks in the qualifying examination are eligible for a scholarship of 50% of total fees. However, during the first year, these students are required to pay one time charge of 7,500/- for Caution money, Blazer & tool kit. 

11) Sports Scholarship 

25% waiver in tuition fee will be given to the students who had participated in State/National/International level games. (Applicable for only general education stream)

12) Alumni Scholarship 

The students of entire Lingaya's group, who are seeking admission in Lingaya's University after qualifying 10+2/degree / diploma will be provided scholarship equivalent to 25% of the tuition fee for the entire duration of the course while pursuing his/her 2nd degree from Lingaya's University. 

13) Alumni Recommendation (Blood Relation) 

25% waiver in tuition fee in all the courses will be provided for the entire duration, of course, will be given to candidates recommended by our Alumni. (only applicable for blood relation) 

14) Alumni Recommendation (Others) 

15% waiver in tuition fee in all the courses for the entire duration, of course, will be provided to candidates recommended by our Alumni. (applicable for candidates other than blood relation) 

15) Faculty / Staff Scholarship (Blood Relation) 

25% waiver in tuition fee in all the courses will be provided for the entire duration, of course, will be given to candidates recommended by our Faculty/Staff. (only applicable for blood relation) 

16) Sibling Scholarship 

Lingaya's University offers a waiver of 25% in tuition fee to one of the siblings studying in our University. ( Till both the siblings are studying in the university)
