Overall: The campus is situated in green cover area giving a peaceful study environment, the college is well equipped with modern day technology and a well maintained library, the designated parade ground a sports ground and inside gym a badminton court , basketball court,the hostel and mess facilities are amazing and the area is well connected with pune city and the degree earned has good value the college staff and amenities are very good

Faculty: The staff is really guiding and helpful in bringing out the best of the students, the study material and notes are provided and doubt session are also kept for extra focus

Overall: MANET is one of the best college in Maharashtra for Merchant Navy, I have my experience and I can give assurance that it's one of the best institute for Maritime Studies.

Faculty: You get a good experienced faculties. The most are retired Captains and Chief Engineers, sharing their live experience with cadets making studies more interesting.

Hello Vinit,

To secure admission in the B.Tech programmes at Maharashtra Academy of Naval Education and Training (MANET) Pune, you must have passed the 10+2 qualifying examination from a recognised board or its equivalent, with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM), along with at least 50% marks in English in either Class 10 or 12. IMUCET is required for MANET Pune admission. Therefore, admission with a diploma is not granted in the B.Tech programme. However, you can apply for the B.Tech lateral entry and get admission in the second year of the four year B.Tech Marine Engineering degree course at MANET Pune. For this you must have passed with a three year Diploma course in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering with at least 55% aggregate marks in the final year of the Diploma programme.
