MBIT offers placement facilities to the students and the placement process at MBIT is a four step process which includes the pre placement activities, career acquaintance and guidance, placement drive and post placement feedback. All the students of MBIT on the lookout for employment opportunities can register for the campus placements with the Training and Placement Office, and the registration for all the programmes is done during the first week of August. Apart from offering placement assistance to students in some esteemed organisations, the institute also helps train students in the industries for summer and winter vacations through project work, alumni meetings, participation in workshop, round the year college-industry interactions, seminars, tech fairs, counselling for the students regarding job opportunities, industrial tours. The college also invites prominent speakers for value programs. The alumni of MBIT have found jobs in various corporates, PSU, multinationals at attractive salary packages. Every year, many top companies visit the MBIT campus for placements.

For the 2019-20 placement session at MBIT, the placement statistic for B.Tech Computer Engineering students was more as compared to the B.Tech Infornation Technology students. Total 13 companies visited the MBIT campus and some of the top recruiters at the MBIT campus placements are Collabera, Bacancy, TCS, Maruti Techlab, Evosys, Tatvasoft, Webmob etc.
