Dear Aditya Manthalkar,
It is difficult to say for sure whether you will get admission to Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (MGIMS) through the state quota with a score of 580 in NEET UG 2023 as an EWS general category student from Maharashtra. In 2022, the cut-off marks for admission to MGIMS through the state quota for EWS general category students was 559. This means that you would have needed to score at least 559 marks in NEET UG 2022 to get admission to MGIMS through the state quota. However, the cut-off marks for 2023 are not yet released. It is possible that the cut-off marks for 2023 will be higher than 559, due to the increasing number of students applying for medical college admissions.
Dear Divya, no, you will not be able to get admission in MGIMS Wardha with a NEET score of 339 marks and OBC category. The minimum NEET cutoff for OBC category students for admission to MGIMS Wardha is 500. The NEET cutoff for MGIMS Wardha varies every year depending on the number of seats available and the number of students who appear for the exam. However, the cutoff has been consistently above 500 for the last few years.
Dear Amar, the cut-off for admission to MBBS at Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (MGIMS) is highly competitive. In 2022, the cut-off for general category students was 71,404. You have scored 267 marks, which is much lower than the cut-off. Therefore, it is unlikely that you will get a government seat at MGIMS.
