MNNIT Allahabad provides a number of scholarships, including :

• Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship for B.Tech 

Under this programme, the top 10% of students on the list of those who received seats based on J.E.E. (Mains) rank would each receive a scholarship of Rs. 3000.

•  Aid to financially weaker students

The Institute itself awards MNNIT Allahabad scholarships from the Student Welfare Fund to students who are unable to find financial aid elsewhere and whose family income is less than Rs 1 Lac. Each year, the pupils get a target distribution of Rs 10 lakh.

According to the NIRF 2023, MNNIT Allahabad is ranked 127 in the Overall category and 49 in the Engineering category. The nirf 2023 engineering category score is 51.89.

• 1,22,670 collections of books and bound magazines are housed at the Central Library. Additionally, it has subscriptions to 29508 IEEE e-Conference Proceedings, 7998 e-Standards, and 14526 International e-Journals. Members have access to stacks in order to make it easier for all readers to choose the books they want to read. Reading materials have been categorized and cataloged using Dewey Decimal Classification and Anglo-American Cataloguing Rules-II to keep the library up to date with current approaches. A two-pedestal antenna has now been used to link the whole library with the RFID-enabled Gate Security System. By keeping teachers' and staff members' and students' information current, it serves as the hub of the organization. Facilities are introduced and information databases are updated often. Within the confines of its restricted area, the library strives to offer the academic community the best possible services.
• The MNNIT Allahabad computer centre is entirely in charge of ensuring that all members of MNNIT Allahabad have access to computing-related facilities. Email, Web, DNS, FTP, Internet access, HPC, and other services are offered by Computer Center every day of the year, around the clock. All users on campus have access to a variety of cutting-edge and specialised applications thanks to the Computer Center.
• Prof. P. Chakrabarti, Director of MNNIT Allahabad, founded the MNNIT Allahabad Centre for Interdisciplinary Research (CIR) in 2012. CIR has been formed in the institution to work hard and to stay up with the most cutting-edge research due to his vision for rapid advancements in the field of Science and Technology research. One of the main goals of the Institute is to give all of its undergraduate, postgraduate, research students, and staff access to the greatest research and analytical facilities possible. The CIR is effectively working in the institute and serves students from all across the country with this objective. A core committee and a technical committee chosen by the director of the institution oversee the operation of CIR.
• Currently, the Institute has two girls' dormitories and seven boys' dorms. The boy's hostel has a capacity of 1800 (1044 single-seated rooms and 252 triple-seated rooms), while the female's hostel has a capacity of 145. The method that rooms are assigned promotes national integration by allowing students from all sections of the nation to freely interact with one another. Hostel kitchens operate under a no-profit, no-loss philosophy. Under the general control of wardens, designated student representatives run the mess halls. The international mess is a separate dining hall operated by international students. Food that is not vegetarian is also available in this mess. In order to prevent ragging, the freshly admitted guys are kept in different dorms from senior students. 

Many underprivileged students receive financial support from the dormitory management to pay their meal expenses. To accommodate an increasing number of students, one new hostel has also been built. Washing machines, freezers, laptops, and internet access are among the new amenities being offered at the ladies' hostel. On the campus of the women's dormitory, there is also a PCO booth in operation. Each hostel has its own warden, who works as a team with the warden in charge. They handle the logistics of assigning rooms to certain students and distributing "Concession Forms" to those who will be returning home for the Institute's breaks. The hostel warden is the intermediary who relays to the appropriate authorities all student concerns regarding room maintenance.

MNNIT Allahabad Mess :

This is run by students in both boy's and girls hostels. Mess workers are under their control.

MNNIT Allahabad Maintenance and Repair :

Every day, sweepers clean the hostels. Every year, whitewashing is done. Carpenters and electricians are accessible from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Any issue resulting from an item's malfunction is handled by the peon and hostel personnel.

MNNIT Allahabad Students Club :

This is exclusively for boys. It has the following facilities :

MNNIT Allahabad Furnishing :

A chair, a study table, a tea table, a cot, a fan, a light bulb connection, two-socket outlets, and two shelves are provided in each hostel room.

The National Technical Manpower Information Systems (NTMIS) project was launched by the Ministry of Human Resource Development of the Government of India in 1983. Its goal is to continuously provide relevant and up-to-date manpower information so that the relevant authorities can foresee areas of growth in the science and technology sector and subsequently plan for technical manpower development on a sound scientific foundation. The All India Council for Technical Education is responsible for funding this programme (AICTE). The National Talent Management Information System (NTMIS) consists of a Lead Center at the Institute of Applied Manpower Research (I.A.M.R. ), Delhi, and 20 Nodal Centers spread around the nation. 

Since 1999, the Uttar Pradesh and Uttrakhand Center has been operating in the Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology in Allahabad. The primary goals of NTMIS are to anticipate the sufficiency and shortfall of manpower needs in upcoming years, as well as to estimate the long- and short-term technical personnel requirements in the nation and their supply based on input and output numbers.
