Centrally air conditioned library and information centre housed in B-Block first floor with carpet area of about 650 Sqm, and a seating capacity of 250. It has 30925 books with 6254 titles and also subscribes 110 national and 12 international journals and subscribed for on-line journals(IEEE). Back volumes of the journals and project reports of our students are available. Library activities has been computerized using in-built online software and using Barcode system for the Circulation of books.
The National Service Scheme (NSS) is an Indian government-sponsored public service program conducted by the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports of the Government of India. Popularly known as NSS, the scheme was launched in Gandhiji's Centenary year, 1969. Aimed at developing student's personality through community service, NSS is a voluntary association of young people in Colleges, Universities and at +2 level working for a campus-community linkage. The NSS unit of NARAYANA ENGINEERING COLLEGE, NELLORE plays an active role in shaping our students humane and responsible citizens. The overall aim of NSS is the Personality Development of students through community service. We are conducting special camping programme of seven days duration in adopted villages and NSS Activities in our campus which provides unique opportunities to the students for group living, collective experience sharing, sharing responsibilities, addressing various developmental issues of regional and national importance and constant interaction with the community.
The main objectives of National Service Scheme (NSS) :

Infrastructure: Every class has projecters ..and central ac in every lab ..and good infrastructure in class and bathroom..and provided cool filter water..so overall for infrastructure it better..
Hostel: No college don't have hostel ..out side of the college has so many hostels for boys & girls .. but no problem .. security is first priority.. college..so don't need to worry
